Shipping
- Orders are dispatched across India via Shiprocket once payment is complete.
- Tracking is provided for every shipment.
- Models are packed in protective, damage-safe packaging.
Damage in transit
Diecast models are fragile. If your item arrives damaged, raise a claim with a continuous unboxing video as evidence. Claims without an unboxing video cannot be accepted. Approved claims are resolved by replacement or refund at our discretion.
Returns & refunds
- Eligible claims are reviewed and approved or rejected by us; you'll be notified of the outcome.
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method via Razorpay.
Pre-order deposits
- Pre-orders are reserved with a deposit; the balance is paid before dispatch.
- Some pre-orders carry a non-refundable deposit. Where this applies, it is shown on the product page and you must explicitly consent at checkout before paying.
- If a balance is not paid within the stated window after stock arrives, the order may be cancelled; non-refundable deposits are forfeited and the unit may be released to others.
