These Terms govern your use of the Scaled Model website and your purchases from us. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Orders & pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund of amounts paid.
Acceptance of an order occurs when payment is confirmed.

Pre-order items are reserved with a deposit; the remaining balance is collected before dispatch.
Estimated availability dates are indicative and may change.
Where a deposit is marked non-refundable, this is shown clearly before payment and you must consent at checkout.

Models are collectibles intended for display and are not toys. Colours and details may vary slightly from images.

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your card details.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
